Покажите мне это - мужчину в маске на лице, мужчину, мажущего пузо от целлюлита, а Джи-Кью как раз это все и пропагандирует среди мужчин - пилинг, лифтинг... Мой бедный мозг. Что бы гей сказал на мое миндальное масло, розовую воду и весь мой прочий аскетичный гедонизм...
Геи, не надо подражать глупым женщинам. Зачем эти жуткие парики, грим, зачем пародировать так женщин, ведь многие из нас совсем не красятся. И зачем вслед за глупыми тетками лить на свое лицо всю эту химическую гадость - почитайте состав и содрогнитесь. Должна сказать, что среди нас есть умные, прислушайтесь к их мнению. Не верите мне, "укушению скорпионовому, порождению змеи и ехидны" ((с)св. Иероним, покровитель нестандартно сексуальных мужчин) - вот мнение главы косметической империи. Переводить не буду, потому что я уверена, что геев, не читающих по-англицки, в природе не бывает.

Body Shop chief says anti-ageing lotions are pap (The Times 2000)

WOMEN are wasting their money buying creams and lotions that claim to keep the years at bay, according to Anita Roddick, founder of the Body Shop.
Mrs Roddick, 57, who has accumulated £100 million selling beauty products, told a surprised audience that apart from moisturisers, skin care products that are claimed to reduce wrinkles or slow down the ageing process were “pap”. Instead of spending hundreds of pounds on “anti-ageing” creams in the hope they might bring back their youth and even revive their love lives, “you’d be better off spending the money on a good bottle of Pinot Noir”, she advised.
Mrs Roddick, who is expected to retire soon from the chain she founded in Brighton 21 years ago, was promoting her autobiography at the Cheltenham Literature Festival. Instead of passing on the secrets of beating the ageing process, Mrs Roddick told her predominantly female audience that “moisturisers do work, but the rest is complete pap. There is nothing on God’s planet, not one thing, that will take away 30 years of arguing with your husband and 40 years of environmental abuse.
“Anything which says it can magically take away your wrinkles is a scandalous lie.”
The message is unlikely to cheer Body Shop shareholders, who recently saw the share price tumble to one third of its 350p high, any more than it did the audience.
Britain’s pig farmers, however, will welcome her revelation that women on the Pacific island of Tahiti have the best skin in the world. The secret? “In Tahiti the women have skin like velvet and they simply take lumps of lard and rub it into their bodies.”
Mrs Roddick said that she anointed her body with a mixture of sugar, salt and honey; she did not disclose whether she used the lard treatment.
After the talk, Mrs Roddick said that the Body Shop never sold anti-ageing products, which she said were “more expensive than gold”.
She added: “Every moisture cream works because it is like a cover over a swimming pool and stops moisture getting out. But do not waste your money on these anti-ageing creams because they just don’t work.
“The best things on God’s planet are cleanser to get rid of environmental garbage and make-up; exfoliater because it gets rid of the dead skin, and dead skin is what hinders healthy skin; and moisturiser. End of story.”
Mrs Roddick was appearing at the festival to discuss Business as Unusual. She advised women that it was a waste of time trying to combat cellulite. “There is also a lot of phoney stuff out there to get rid of cellulite. You are a woman: cellulite is your partner in life!” Her “golden rules” for staying youthful were: “Don’t smoke, don’t wear high heels, keep out of the sun, and eat tomatoes. Tomatoes make you happy. Have you ever met a miserable Italian? I believe in the power of tomatoes.”
Despite her reservations about the ability of anything in a bottle, tube or tub to hold back the ravages of time, Mrs Roddick disclosed that Body Shop was about to launch a “Wise Women” range. Instead of having the products tested on animals, research for the range of body preparations for women in their late fifties and sixties has been done using grandmothers on the staff.
Mrs Roddick’s advice was blunt: “By the time you’re that age you can forget the face; that just gets more and more wrinkled. It is just the body you have to worry about.”

Если ты второе лицо в государстве - твоя личная жизнь не может давать ни малейшего повода для сплетен. Либо ты должен быть готов, что она станет предметом самого широкого обсуждения.
Ханука и прочая религиозная атрибутика на страничке ЖЖ, вообще-то, тоже не являются сами по себе признаками духовности и элементарной порядочности. Да и ума большого, впрочем, тоже.
